SUMMARY:Fossil Springs Day Hike
DESCRIPTION:This trip will be a day hike to one of Arizona’s coolest spots. We’ll hike the Bob Bear Trail down to Fossil Springs\, where bright blue water flows through caves\, waterfalls\, and swimming holes. The hike is 8–9 miles round trip with ~1\,500–2\,000 ft of elevation gain and is moderate to difficult\, especially on the way back out. This is not a trip for inexperienced hikers. We’ll spend time swimming\, cliff jumping\, and exploring. The water is refreshing but pretty cold\, even on warm days.
