This trip is a 6 day, 1500 mile scenic road trip through Southern Arizona, Texas, and New Mexico, focused on iconic desert landscapes, rugged mountain hikes, massive cave systems, and 4 surreal national parks. We’ll start by cutting through Saguaro National Park, hike among towering rock spires in Chiricahua National Monument, summit the highest point in Texas at Guadalupe Peak, descend deep underground at Carlsbad Caverns, wander through historic mountain towns and alpine forests, and wrap it all up with sunset at White Sands National Park—one of the most unique landscapes in the U.S.
